Mark knows real estate inside and out. Utilizing his background in marketing,
graphic design and customer service, Mark has developed a reputation for going above and beyond the call of duty. His extensive knowledge of the market, coupled with his unique, hands-on approach to marketing and passion for what he does have helped propel him into the top tier of agents in the North Atlanta market.
Mark is originally from Washington D.C. and has lived all over the Southeast.
He has traveled extensively, both stateside and abroad, and draws on these experiences in his work. On the rare occasion that Mark is not working, he enjoys
movies, fine dining and spending time with family and friends. He lives in the
North Atlanta suburb of Cumming.

BARBARA MCDANIEL — Buyer's Agent / Seller's Agent

Barbara was born to be in real estate. She loves homes and has a deep desire
to help others realize "The American Dream" of home ownership. She works
exclusively as a Buyer Specialist, assisting seasoned Buyers as well as first-time
Buyers in finding the perfect home for their needs. Barbara is an attentive listener
and has never met a stranger. She is an energetic and vital asset to our team.
As a longtime Georgia resident, Barbara has extensive knowledge of the
North Metro Area, as well as the ever-expanding city of Atlanta. Her husband
of 36 years is Chaplain (LTC) Don McDaniel, GA Army National Guard, actively
serving as Rear Detachment Chaplain for the 48th Brigade, Macon, GA. They
have three grown children and currently reside in the rapidly growing city of
Cumming. Barbara understands the ins and outs of moving. She has lived in
Virginia, Kentucky and throughout the state of Georgia, including downtown
Atlanta, Southeast Atlanta, Newnan, Alpharetta, Baxley and Saint Simons Island.

Brian left a successful career in property management to join Mark’s team
in early 2005. Together, Mark and Brian have quickly become one of the top
producing teams in the North Atlanta Market. Brian brings a strong background
in customer service and management to the team. His exceptional organizational
skills and enthusiasm for technology play an integral part in our success.
Brian is a native Georgian and has witnessed first-hand the unprecedented
growth and change Atlanta has undergone in the past 20 years. He lived in
Nashville for 10 years, where he worked in the music business and with a
property management firm that eventually transferred him back home to
Atlanta. Brian is an avid music fan and dog lover. He lives in Cumming.
