drive-by prospects and to inform neighbors that the property is for rent in case they know of
someone who would like to live in their community. - Information Box. We will provide an information box at the property if requested.
- MLS Listing. We will list your property in all applicable Greater Atlanta MLS Systems for
maximum exposure to prospective tenants. First Multiple Listing Service. - Georgia Multiple Listing Service.
- Digital Photography.
- Our Residential Lease Listing includes up to 20 online photos of your property.
- Our Enhanced Residential Lease Listing (an up-charge from our standard lease listing
to cover professional wide-angle photography and/or moving image virtual tour panorama
scenes) includes one of the following options: As many as 40-60 professional wide-angle still photos depending on the size, square footage and showability of the home. Note: Wide angle photography will make your rooms appear much larger to prospective tenants. –OR– A combination of three to five 90°-360° moving image virtual panorama scenes
with 10-30 professional wide-angle still photos highlighting your properties best features (the number of still photos varies depending on the number of virtual panoramas needed).
- Point2Agent National Listing Network. We will list your home, townhome or condo on our company website and in the Point2Agent National Network System with additional marketing
feeds (known as listing syndication) to 25+ additional real estate specific websites AND 500+
local real estate agent websites from every real estate company in the area. - Realtor.com Showcase Listing. We will showcase your home, townhome or condo in Realtor.com—the Internet’s #1 Consumer Real Estate Website. Showcase Listings include:
- Yellow highlight framing to make your listing stand out to prospective tenants.
- Two alternating listing headlines to capture the attention of prospective tenants.
- The ability to add custom text to your listing highlighting your properties best
features to prospective tenants. - The ability to add Multiple Photos and a Virtual Tour.
